This is a RnB CD cover. Just from looking at this you can tell get an idea of the type of music RnB is. RnB originates from traditional rhythm and blues but has a more modern twist to it, especially with the lyrics and meanings behind the songs.
This a a CD cover for an artist who sings 'pop songs'. It's very bright and eye catching and this is with most adverts of this genre. Pop come froms the term popular and for something to be popular it has to able to meet a lot of peoples tatses so it's very basic.
The genre myself and my group want to do is RnB/Pop. We are going to have to find a right mix between these genres and look at other music of the same genre. Something like the following CD cover is of the same genre we want to use.
